Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days, although UK Brexit customs requirements may occasionally extend this to 7 days. Due to custom declaration forms
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 days, depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Any customs or import charges applied by your country are the customer's responsibility. These are usually small but are outside our control.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@kamikazedecals.co.uk with clear photos. We will offer a replacement where appropriate.
If a refund is requested, any applicable shipping and customs charges already paid may be deducted.
Custom Orders
Before custom items are printed, we will send the artwork for your approval. Please carefully check all measurements, designs, wording and details before approving.
Once approved and sent to print, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged if the item has been produced according to the approved design.
We always aim to provide the best service possible, but customers are responsible for checking and approving their custom order details before printing.
